Insight Vacations travelers are typically around 60 years old and mostly travel as couples. New women’s only itineraries for 2025 will allow like-minded female guests to travel together. Children ages five years and older can travel on the company’s guided vacations, and all children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult who will be responsible for their supervision and welfare.

Communication

Once booked on an Insight Vacations tour, guests can log into their MyInsight account, where they’ll find itinerary and hotel information about two weeks ahead of their departure. Their Travel Director will also get in touch over email and may share their WhatsApp or phone number for guests to get in touch during the tour.

Loyalty program

Insight Vacations is part of the Global Tour Rewards program along with sister brands Trafalgar, Brendan Vacations, Contiki, Luxury Gold, and Costsaver. Past guests receive 5% off future tours and priority access to new trips and offers.

Sustainability efforts

As one of the brands under The Travel Corporation (TTC) umbrella, Insight Vacations takes part in TTC’s five-year sustainability strategy How We Tread Right launched in 2020.
