Overseas Adventure Travel (OAT) is offering free airfare on 17 of its summer and fall 2023 Small Group Adventures. The free-airfare offer is available on bookings made through March 3.
Included in the lineup of included tours are Northern Europe destinations including Finland, Norway, Iceland, Ireland, Scotland, and the Arctic Circle. The free airfare deal also applies to five African safari tours and eight other small-group adventures including Egypt, Morocco, Italy, and Japan.
Among the tours included in this deal:
- Fjord Cruise & Lapland: Norway, Finland & the Arctic Circle: A 19-day tour that sails the coast of Norway and then heads to Ivalo and Helsinki in Finland. Highlights include three days in Olso and a home-hosted dinner in Ivalo.
- Kenya & Tanzania Safari: Masai Mara to the Serengeti: A 19-day tour with stops that include Masai Mara National Reserve and Amboseli National Park in Kenya and Ngorongoro Highlands & Crater, Serengeti National Park in Tanzania.
- Japan’s Cultural Treasures: A 15-day tour of Japan with time spent in Tokyo, Hakone, Kyoto, and other cities. Tea ceremonies, bullet train journeys, and taiko drumming are among the itinerary highlights.

Since airfare is the one big a la carte cost when you’re looking at tours, a deal that eliminates the need to budget in flights is a real plus. Also of note: every one of these tours we looked at was also currently on sale, driving down the costs further. But since most of these tours are two weeks or longer, you’ll need to have the flexibility for a longer trip.
